Thank you for your interest in obtaining financing from Northeast Home Loan. Please contact us for a  mortgage application and we’ll be happy to send you one.  In preparation of meeting with a Loan Officer, please be sure to collect the following items: 

For a Refinance

  1. Copy of most recent pay stub
  2. Copy of W2s for the most recent two tax years
  3. If self employed – Copy of signed personal tax returns for previous 2 years
  4. Copy of most recent bank statements (checking, savings, 401K, IRA & Investments)
  5. Copy of most recent tax bill
  6. A check in the amount of $41.00 for joint  application* ($31.50 for individual application) payable to Northeast Home Loan, to be applied towards the cost of credit fees

For a Purchase

  1. Copy of most recent pay stubIf self employed – Copy of signed personal tax returns for previous 2 years
  2. Copy of W2s for the most recent two tax years
  3. Copy of most recent bank statements (checking, savings, 401K, IRA & Investments)
  4. If you are applying for a VHFA loan, please include 3 months deposit statements
  5. A copy of your signed Purchase & Sales agreement
  6. A copy of the listing sheet for the property
  7. A check in the amount of $41.00 for joint application* ($31.50 for individual application) payable to Northeast Home Loan, to be applied towards the cost of credit fees

For a Pre-Approval

  1. Copy of most recent pay stub
  2. If self employed – Copy of signed personal tax returns for previous 2 years
  3. Copy of W2s for the most recent two tax years
  4. Copy of most recent bank statements (checking, savings, 401K, IRA & Investments)
  5. A check in the amount of $41.00 for joint application* ($31.50 for individual borrower), payable to Northeast Home Loan, for Credit Bureau.  This will be applied toward the application and credit fees if the loan changes to a purchase within 90 days 

*Add $16.50 for each additional credit report
